The textbook "Learn to play Harmonium" is the perfect guide to learn the Indian Harmonium on your own. It is based on our Western music theory and includes practical exercises as well as basic theoretical knowledge. Additionally I recommend to take some lessons from a teacher to get direct instructions and corrections.
A few selected mantras and spiritual songs, composed by spiritual Master Sri Chinmoy, are ideal to begin with. Soon you will be able to play chords to accompany your favourite mantras, kirtans and songs.
The songs, that are published in this book, you will most probably not know. In order to help you to learn them I have made recordings. You will find them here for free download.
